Active license in the state of Arizona and in good standing
Active, professional liability insurance policy
Certification of completion neurotoxin, dermal filler injections
$600/month, 6-month agreement. Collaborative agreement: ability to order neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical grade skin care, numbing creams, IV hydration, Vitamin Injections and contact for questions.

Laser Technicians

Active license in the state of Arizona and in good standing
Active, professional liability insurance policy
$400/month, 6-months, with option for month-to-month. Collaborative agreement to include the ability to order medical grade skin care, numbing creams, and contact for questions.

Medical Estheticians

Active license in the state of Arizona and in good standing
Active, professional liability insurance policy
$75/month, 6-months, with option for month-to-month. Collaborative agreement to include the ability to order medical grade skin care, numbing creams, and contact for questions.
